Support & Implementation Specialist

Train Residential Repair Companies on Business Management Software

The Support and Implementation Specialist would work closely with our new and current residential repair companies to help them set up, use, and become the administrator for the software program to manage their business. We are looking for an experienced mid-level individual with SaaS onboarding and/or product-led growth experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate new client setup process and analyze the user journey
  • Educate clients on the setup, use, and ongoing administration of software
  • Interface with all client business units to verify client satisfaction
  • Assess the overall approach to onboarding companies/users in the product
  • Design and test approaches to better onboard, upsell, and educate
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and improve product education resources (help docs, videos, webinars, etc.)
  • Identify trends and customer needs
  • Respond to ongoing support requests from clients
  • Suggest actual product changes that may enable better approaches to product-led growth

EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET:

  • 5+ years experience as part of a SaaS onboarding/product-led growth team
  • Prior experience in the construction/contractor industry is preferred
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Energetic and passionate about personal and professional development
  • Strong written and verbal communication – must have the ability to make “complex” situations easy to interpret
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative mindset with a team-first attitude
