Your Data Belongs to You, and We Promise to Keep It That Way
All data is stored within Amazon Web Services (AWS), a network architected to protect your information, identities, applications, and devices. When necessary, Contractor Accelerator employees who have completed a non-disclosure agreement may access customer data for the sole purpose of customer support. User access to customer data is controlled by our customers within the primary user role.
Our file storage and databases are backed up nightly. For redundancy and disaster recovery, the databases are replicated to another physical location in real-time to avoid any possible loss of data in a natural disaster or any other unplanned issue.
All data transferred between you and our application is encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol with standard encryption. The same level of encryption is used by many major banks and financial institutions to ensure data is protected.
We use an independently certified third-party to process and store all credit card and banking related information. All details are transferred over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) to our provider using the encryption standards required for online banking.
At Contractor Accelerator, we pride ourselves on having a 99.99% uptime. Any downtime needed for system maintenance is announced before the scheduled maintenance and generally during off-hours to ensure minimal disruptions to our customers. Should any unexpected downtime occur, customers will receive email communication regarding the issue, resolution, and future prevention.
